My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with spacious rooms and large balconies, although having a wardrobe with shelves would've been more useful. The customer service was excellent, but there was a significant issue with the Air-conditioning system not being turned on as advertised.

The hotel has a wonderful balcony with a great view, but the environment feels a bit dark for my taste. The rooms, although spacious, can be loud at times with the AC working like I am on some kind of ship. The shortage of cutlery was a downside, but breakfast had an excellent variety of food.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very nice, big, and with a lovely bathroom, great shower, but the hotel was quite full, making it hard to find another room. The location was good for Rovinj, a charming town with an Italian feel, but being in the middle of a floor full of families with noisy children was quite bothersome early in the morning on a Saturday.
