Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with spacious rooms and large balconies, although having a wardrobe with shelves would've been more useful. The customer service was excellent, but there was a significant issue with the Air-conditioning system not being turned on as advertised.
The hotel has a wonderful balcony with a great view, but the environment feels a bit dark for my taste. The rooms, although spacious, can be loud at times with the AC working like I am on some kind of ship. The shortage of cutlery was a downside, but breakfast had an excellent variety of food.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very nice, big, and with a lovely bathroom, great shower, but the hotel was quite full, making it hard to find another room. The location was good for Rovinj, a charming town with an Italian feel, but being in the middle of a floor full of families with noisy children was quite bothersome early in the morning on a Saturday.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great balcony and super comfy beds, offering a fantastic view. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The location was superb, close to the private beach and just a short walk to the city center. The dining experience was rich and enjoyable. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers rooms with a nice view of the park, some great service, and a wide range of dining options. However, the atmosphere in the dining area and long food queues were a bit disappointing. The location is close to the sea and town center, making it convenient for exploring. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with modern rooms and exceptional bay views, yet slightly disturbed by constant fan noise. The service was friendly but inexperienced, and the location was fantastic overlooking the bay. The dining experience was recommended with delicious food.
The hotel offers very spacious and comfortable rooms with a nice view from the private balcony but might encounter passive smoking issues and hot stuffy rooms. The service is commendable, with attentive staff always ready to assist like Sandi. The location is unique with a waterfall between pools and edge seats with jacuzzi jets, beautiful gardens, lawns, and trees, although it has a slightly cafeteria-like ambiance. The dining experience is exceptional, especially at the ground floor restaurant, offering amazing seafood. The facilities are well-equipped and modern.
I was delighted by the hotel's serene location amidst greenery, offering a peaceful retreat. Rooms were clean and well-appointed with forest views. The service was exceptional, with staff accommodating all requests warmly. The hotel's location, set apart from the town, provided a tranquil setting near a tiny beach. Unfortunately, the shared pool was a bit crowded, but the overall ambiance was lovely.
The hotel's rooms, despite not being brand new, were clean and tidy. They were modern, high quality, spacious, and filled with natural light. The service was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location was surrounded by greenery, perfect for exploring Rovinj's old town and the pine forest. The dining experience was fabulous with a wide variety available. Facilities were excellent with great value for money.
I stayed at the Bay suite, and it had exceptional views over the bay, but there was constant fan noise behind our bedroom. The rooms were very nice with fabulous amenities. The staff made our vacation unforgettable, although they seemed visible but not interested in speeding up the process. The hotel is within a beautiful lush green park, allowing easy access to the beach and coastal cycling. The dining experience was decent, with some items missing towards closing time. Overall, a charming location but could have been more attentive to noise issues.
I had a nice stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms and a balcony offering good views of the park, although the environment felt a bit dark for my liking. The service was top-notch, especially from Adele who provided helpful tips for my travels. The location was magnificent with easy access to the beach and nature reserve, but the dining experience, while good, didn't quite reach the level of excellence of the rest of the stay.
The hotel offers breathtaking views that make every Euro worth it, though it could improve by providing a larger relaxation area with more chairs and beds. The fifth-floor pool is a highlight, but the sauna proximity could be better arranged.
